FAQ's

  • Why does the image quality look like it does on the website?
Please note that the image quality on the website may differ from the actual print due to screen resolutions and web compression. Rest assured, all photographic prints sold are of the utmost quality. The image will appear sharper, with bolder colors, and more lifelike than ever expected. We use lower quality images on our website for several reasons, including faster loading times and improved performance. Trust that what you receive will both meet and exceed your expectations.
  • Are these prints/artworks of gallery and museum quality?
Certainly. We source from the same distinguished vendors as many high-end galleries and museums. Our primary concern is ensuring happy customers, which is why we strive to provide products that are blemish-free and of the utmost quality. You can trust that your print will meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • When will I receive my print?
All orders are fulfilled on demand, except for gallery and store purchases. Typically, the entire process takes 2-3 weeks. However, this duration can be shorter if your product happens to be in stock, or slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we make every effort to ensure that you receive your print securely and promptly. Once your print is handed over for shipment, a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.
  • Do you offer shipping domestically or internationally?

  • What is the reason behind including a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with each print, and what does it encompass?
Collectors and buyers frequently seek reassurance and validation concerning the authenticity and value of the artwork they acquire. A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) serves as a comprehensive document, guaranteeing the originality of a photographic fine art print. It assures collectors that the artwork they possess is an authorized edition, directly created by the artist.
  • What is a Catalogue Raisonné?
A Catalogue Raisonné is a comprehensive, scholarly inventory or catalog that systematically documents and details an artist's body of work. In the context of our prints, the Catalogue Raisonné encompasses detailed information for each print in every edition, including descriptions, provenance, exhibition history, and other pertinent details. The Catalogue Raisonné serves as a tool to maintain the integrity and authenticity of each piece, enhancing its value over time.
